Zipatile Alarm actication

I have a zipatile installed as Alarm system it was working fine . Since few hours when i want to arm the zipatile i cannot arm the system in Home or away mode!!! Even if all the doors and window closed!! Whats is the origin of this prob ? I tried to reboot the box nothing work!!!
Is this a bug or something else????How to resolve this problem?
The message i got is "echec armement partition""
Please Help me resolve this issue as i'm using my zipatile in security system in very sensitive area!!
