Zipatile internal Camera

Sorry for my bad English :)
Between my Zipatile and windows are about 6 meters. The only thing I see very bright is the window, the rest is very !! dark.(In addition to the picture very blurred). Persons who may be inside of 6 meters be seen as a person, but not who it is.Is there a possibility in the Zipatile to adjust the Camera (white balance etc.) or is aware of this problem and is working on a solution?
