Zipatile Power Issue

It seems that the charging power is less than the power consumption.

I wanted to have the display activated all the time to use it as infoscreen, but the the battery is draining even when the charger is plugged in.

Anyone else having these problems?

Well, it was public that the Zipatile shipment was delayed due charger problems, maybe yours is one didn't get fixed? I would suggest you to open a ticket in https://support.zipato.com/.

In the meantime I have tried a different charger with the same result.

I did have similar issue. Only to found out that the 3x2x0,5 cable that is between the adaptor and the plug (i had to cut the cable as I had a 3x2x0,5 wire installed from my electrical box to the wall where the zipatile is fixed) is not thick enough to transfer enough juice over this 10 meter distance. Once I used all 6 wires (groupped 3 wires for + and 3 wires for -) Zipatile is fine.
