Zipatile Z-WAVE networks dead

Hi.
My z-wave network look dead. Don't work any devices in z-wave. All zigbee devices works well, and internal Zipatile Works well too.
I've reset Zipatile twice. Z-wave range test shows timeout and UI shows slowly.
I've tried include any device, but fail (counterdown reach 0 sec without remove or inclusión)
Any Idea? From yesterday, I've not security, light in off, roller shutter up, AC down...

Raise a support ticket immediately. The zwave range test you mean ZWNTUT? That is no good then.

I have a ticket open since Sunday. I lost all my devices in Device Manager under Z-wave network. They simply disappeared after I tried to add more. There is a bug. It could be related to your problem as well. I strongly recommend to do not touch your Z-wave network now. Any operation could result in network crash. It happened two times for me already. I keep on losing devices on Z-wave network. Restart/reset or whatever doesn't resolve the issue. Do not need to mention that all the rules loses a link. OMG.
Zipato's answer is: We are aware of this bug and are working on a fix as a priority. We will inform you when we have solved the issue.

I had this occur to us on an installation also, support were great and eventually got it back up and running but on a new controller. Though this doesn't give a customer much reassurance when their security system is offline for days or weeks.

Sadly, Support write me reporting a issue in their server a week ago, and that should be source of the problem. They request me for run ZWNTUT.
After this, it appears unknows nodes in mapping or z-wave network, and new ticket open. In that moment devices wake up again and works!!.
But, sadly four days after that, again go down z-wave networks.
Reopen ticket and not answer yet.
Not security, not AC, not rules run, roller shutter lock in open state...
A disaster.

Hi, I got exactly the same problem with my Zipabox, my ZWave was down last week, I opened a ticket, they fixed it, and now, one week after, it is down again, I can't control any of my ZWave devices and ZWNTUT is not working anymore...

Last friday, Support says me, this monday will works again... All stopped. They are working in my Zipa, but by the moment not fix it.
