Zipato Outdoor IP Camera not working on Zipatile

The title almost says it all.
I tried everything, had it working a while ago with the beta build, but there were issues with the preview pictures, so the support suggested to downgrade my firmware. Now that I downgraded it, the camera does not only still not show previews on the zipatile, the stream (SD/HD/MJPEG which tries to load in Landscape format) does not work either anymore...
I deleted and readded the camera several times without luck. User/Pass is correct etc. and the camera itself on its webinterface is working fine.
Support is ignoring my tickets(!) so I´m trying to ask the community here for help.
