Zipato ticket account

I can login to my tickets account but I cannot submit avticket or reply to a ticket on my zipato ticketing page.below is what i get :

""Sorry, you do not have permission to carry out this action.""

To everyone worrying about their previous tickets opened @ support.zipato.com:

Tickets you have opened before will still get resolved, and they will be processed.

There is no need for you to manually start moving your tickets to community.zipato.com, as we will address each and every ticket that is left on our old site.

this is our new ticketing system, therefore please be so kind and use it for further tickets: community.zipato.com. Get back to us if you will need any further help.

so i no longer use the old logic and accout for ticketing with zipato ticket system?

What about the old ticket that are not resolved and i need to reply to them?

how do i move them to the new ticketing system?

@Hani - click on "Submit Ticket" on top of the page - your tickets will now show up under your Account -> My Tickets.

But i cannot reply to the tickets opened at support.zipato.com

I know I have 2 open tickets, but when I click on my name here and click my tickets, it says none has been found. When using the old system nobody really bothered with these old tickets, will they with this new system?
