zipbox sinchronization fail

Hello,

My zipabox has failed to synchronize since yesterday night. Device status is online, but any syncs fail.

After it, I’ve tried to reboot it, than to upgrade new version, than downgrade again and made reset at the end. Nothing helps.

Please advice how I can fix it.

Max,

Did you removed any device? look at the rules and see if any is marked as "invalid" if you removed a device used in a rule you will have problems syncing. If you didn't delete any device check if you still have the same number of devices, I have had once a device that got deleted somehow (I didn't do it).

If you don't have too many rules open each one of them or filter your rules using the keyword "unknown". If nothing I said helps, please open a ticket on zipato support, include your serial number and description of the problem.

I have had some issues recently with syncing rules. I had to try multiple times before one succeeds.

Also in the early days, disabling all the rules, syncing, then reenabling them was solving such issues. If indeed you have a broken rule, this might help figuring out which one it is by enabling them little by little.

Synchronisation fail since two hours for devices and rules.

Same for me ! I could not add any device and sync, it ended with default config reset and still problem to add devices (zwave). When adding device i get message Network not available.

same here, opened already a ticket.

it happened during changing same rules, i thought i made something wrong, now I found this thread, so I can stop searching for solution

Yes we have to wait that zipato team solve problem on their servers..... Hoping a quick intervention.....

Same problem here, impossible to synchronize cluster. ZIpato cloud seems offline, my alarm triggers every time I disarm it. A nightmare !!!!

Tryed everything without success, factory default, upgrade firmware , downgrade....always i get message Network not available. Then i removed owner and started process from begining. Now it works but i spent half day to open every switch in wall to include everything again, What i noted is that when i add more and more devices sync system gets slower.

No issues here. Occasionally it does sync first time, and i try again. Sometime reboot controller then sync when back online.. But staying offline status or sync issues otherwise.

For the Cluster sync, I have noticed that if 1 of the controllers are offline the whole cluster wont sync, hopefully Zipato fix this issue.
