zwave key fob

I am trying to use zwave key fob;
its online after inclusion but it goes offline after 10-15 min.
I created a scene activation and doesn't work...
There isn't any Key fob device in menus (only i can see under offline / all devices)
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
