unable to include kfob remote keychain zwave.me

Hi,
I have problem to include my remote to the network. I can see that the zipabox start to include it but it fail. there is no specific message.
I reset it, exlude then include but it always fail. It says Mode founded. Adding the module in progress. thanks for waiting.Adding failded.
Please help me with this issue.

You're not alone having this issue. The new keychain remote from Z-Wave.Me, the KFOB-S (replacing the KFOB2) can't be included on the Zipabox (and any other box) so far, neither in version 0.999.9.2x or 0.9.999.3a.

I know that KFOB1 was working fine with ZIPABOX. I was thinking having KFOB2 as the including process is not exactly the same and that I have green led instead of red led. But there is an other version that would be mine and that is not working with zipabox? Xhen it will work because I don' t know if I need to get back the device.

There has been first KFOB1 and then KFOB2, that were both perfectly compatible with the Zipabox. But the new version of the keychain remote, the KFOB-S, is currently impossible to include to any Z-Wave Controller (not only Zipabox).
We offered to send them a sample of this device so that they could work on adding support for it.

On my side, I has once this MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC_REPORT not received. I tried again and the device has been included properly. However, I am not able to use it for the time being because I cannot intercept events on the 4 buttons nor make association in the 4 groups.
A tutorial will be great explaining how to include and configure this device with a zipabox.

Zipato yet to update the descriptors. Apparently it is still not done. taise a ticket with support.zipato.com
