Upgrade or not to firmware 3.0.23

Hi, my ZIPABOX V2 is working with firmware 3.0.17. I saw there is a 3.0.23 version available. Do you know if this 3.0.23 version is "reliable" ?
Do you recommend upgrading to version 3.0.23? If I encounter a problem, could I downgrade my ZIPABOX to version 3.0.17? How?

3.0.23 for Zipabox V2 is generally stable, but if 3.0.17 is working flawlessly for you, upgrade only if you need fixes or new features.
