Upgrade or not to firmware 3.0.23

Hi, my ZIPABOX V2 is working with firmware 3.0.17. I saw there is a 3.0.23 version available. Do you know if this 3.0.23 version is "reliable" ?
Do you recommend upgrading to version 3.0.23? If I encounter a problem, could I downgrade my ZIPABOX to version 3.0.17? How?
