Invalid Siren Rule

WHEN DOOR OPEN change to WHEN DOOR ANY
Before the IF and after the when you might need to add "JOIN"

I got the same issue yesterday. After several hours of investagation I found the root cause.
When I save the rule i got the same issue than you, I have checked my rule all was OK, so I have re-select the condition again ( open or close) and my rule became OK.
Try it and tell me.
In which language are your in your dashboard?

Try to not use the repeat bloc one time. Maybe it's it ?

include a message in the repeat block for testing, if it is working. And test with longer wait. To short time between two operations may produce a z-wave problem.
