Deleted security module

On the 24th second of the video tutorial (https://community.zipato.com/knowledge-base/article/zipabox-security-module-configuring-zones) is shown how to configure the wiring sensor but on my.zipato Control Center after pushing the gear icon on all Security Module Zone (1-6), nothing happens. So I deleted the Security module but... how to restore it? Have I to Restore to Factory dafaults?

I Restored to Factory dafaults but the problem remains: after pushing the gear icon on all Security Module Zone (1-6), nothing happens (I see a black area only, no text, no buttons)
