virtual device Value1 delay to refresh value in web browser

Hello everybody.
I have a virtual meter. When my sensor motion is active, I call a http request " https://my.zipato ..............&value1=1" but I see this value after 5 or 6 minutes. The value is delayed too.
I don't know why this happens?

I think it's related to server issues. I have the same problems. Sometimes, the values of state changes in devices takes 5-6 minutes to update.

Another thing. How many block (sentences) can I have in a Rule?
