Zipatile - Compatible devices - Definite List?

Hi All,

Being relatively new to the Zipato world, and migrating from a Vera system (and its amazing support community), I feel that there is generally lack of solid information on very basic topics such as: supported devices, working integrations, etc. Having recently gone through several failed attempts to integrate supposedly compatible devices with my Zipatiles, and being rather disappointed with Zipato's not-so-helpful Helpdesk (sorry), I thought perhaps it would be useful to engage You - the community - and start a community-contributed list of devices and integrations that are known to work, or not work.

I am aware of the number of similar lists (Zipato sent me one as well), but from my own experience and from some of the discussions on the forum, I have very little faith in their veracity.

If anyone feels that it would be helpful to start a shared spreadsheet of supported devices for the European and North American markets, I'll be happy to set one up. I think it would be a great contribution to the Zipato community.

I'll be grateful for your comments.

I can definitely set up one, if there is interest within the community :)

I think it is worth, many users over here dare to buy and try new products, then they get help from support and add compatibility. I will add my devices for sure if you set it up.

i would welcome this page too. It would be good if it was a wiki page where others can contribute to it and add devices and there compatibility issues too.

As I just got a Remotec ZXT-310 to test with, and found out it is not supported. I thought Remotec and Zipato announce some sort of collaboration a few years ago and was looking forward to using this device for a media center control unit.

Hi,

I use this page to look for compability with Zipato, https://www.z-wave.se/comp/?l=en

Its a page created by swedish homeautomation store http://m.nu and only contains z-wave devices.

Might be useful information for some of you. :)

This table is inaccurate.

For example, Z-Uno according to the table has full support, but it's not like this :(

Glad to see there’s interest in having a resource like this :) I’ve started working on a wiki environment and should have it available soon.

Hi All,

The wiki is now live at https://zipato.infoserv.wiki

I will post another announcement separate from this thread to make the community aware.

THanks Arski. Well done. Hopefully some of the Zipato engineers can register and add the officially supported devices here too.

this would be great, aldo I must say that compatibility vs meaningful integration and reliability are two different things so far with my experience in setting up and supporting multiple zipatiles at clients site. getting more and more frustrated with the products.
