Can't add Zigbee module : Plug Develco ZHWR202

Hi,
I have buyed a Zipabox + Zigbee module.
I have successful add a first zigbee module but i can't add my plug Develco ZHWR202.
The plug was found by the Zipabox but the counter continue to turn and at the end it shows : "Joint not successful".
