Scheduler rule doesn't work.

Good morning,
I tried to create a rule with scheduler and run scene but it doesn't work even I do synchronization. I precise that the scene works inside the dashboard.
You can see attached two pictures of the created rule.

Did you make a new scene? / does the scene work without the rule?
Tot see if the rule is running put a e-mail message in it. To see if it works/runs.
