Loop in a rule?

Hello, i need some help whit a rule. i like to use my zipato RGB bulb as a police flash light in case of a trip alarm state.
i like the bulb to go from blue > white > red etc. in a continuously loop.
what do y have to do to make this happen? this is not working:

One i turn off and then on and the other to turn everything off (not repeat)

Here is my rule. It will give you rgb color changing and you can decide whit what you are trigerring and stoping.
