Issues with two way audio on the Zipato Camera

Hi,
I've successfully added the Zipato Camera to my setup however I can't figure out how to speak through the camera using the iOS app or through the web page. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem, I can see and hear ( when the camera works), but I can not talk.
I check all the tabs in setup menu of the camera, but I can find where I can active that function.
