ZIpatile temperature sensor go up when wall mont

Need Answer

Hi,

After a few month, i decide to wall mount my Zipatile.

The temperature grow for 23° to 28°.

Is-it normal?

You can adjust temperature within the Web Gui and can add some compensate value to it....not the best solution but may work as a workaround.

Hi!

The offset is available in the Internal configuration of the ZipaTile:IP -> Internal -> Settings -> Configuration -> Temperature offset.https://image.prntscr.com/image/NSdSSougQHyTnxB3vx9UGA.png

I believe this is the best way to adjust it, as it is up to you to wallmount or not. At least it worked for me. In my case, 2ºC increase when wallmounted.

For some strange reason, my Zipatile does not reflect the new value after applying the offset (in my case, by -3C). Other than clicking on Set Configuation, Save and Synchonize, is there anything else I have to do to apply this config change?

Edit - solved - the increments are at 0.1, therefore I needed to set it to -30 to offset for -3C.
