add chacon device doesn't work

i had buy the 433 mhz module and plus in my box, then restart,
when i tries do add a device i get the message, "you don't have select a network"
how can i select network ?

i had unplug the 433 mhz module than replug and rester the box, sam a result ....

I agree with maarten, it's look like you don't have the 433 extension or it is malfunctioning.
As a last effort: reboot your box (by pressing the reset button). When the box is online: wait at least 5 minutes. The try again adding the chacon device.
If not succesfull then you can also create a ticket at http://support.zipato.com. Then support will look at your box.

After many reboot and try, i'm now able to add and use Chacon device

After some try, i shaw that the good sequence to include chacon device may be :
do "add device" on control panel
select type and clic JOIN
then only plug the device on power (show print screen)
and press CONTINUE
if I plug the device before JOIN the device appear in control but can not be controlled
