Adding Sonos

Just seen this option to add Sonos but there isn't an option to add the Play:5.

Will this option be coming?

Yes I tried, with the new FW it works to add the Play:3. Thats great! :)

I can now alternate the volume, is there anything more I can do?

I´m thinking of play, forward, TTS, use as an Siren etc.

Sonos integration is just in testing phase, it will come later...

My first whish for a feature would be to play a uri or tts command to the current player group and then return to whatever state the Sonos system was in before (off, playing something).

Cool stuff like targetting a specific player unit (room) could come later.

I have in any room a Sonos unit (Thanks Ebay) and I'm happy to now that Sonos Zipato integration is a future Goal.

I would like to test it, but unfortunetly I didn't understand HOW TO PUT THE SONOS PLAY 1 or PLAY 3 to INCLUSION MODE ??

When I start Zipato Inclusion I try to press on my PLAY 1 units "mute" + "+" button... and nothing happen ?

Does I do something Wrong.

Or can you please tell me the full procedure or a link to a procedure that explain this manipulation.

I've got the last firmware version. I can't add my Sonos Play:3. Not with ethernet or through the Sonos network. It does not work as the in the movie...

Any update on sonos support for: Play 5, Connect, Connect amp or sonos playbar?

Some days ago, adding sonos play 5 was released as an option.

Today I tried adding play 5 about ten times, restartet zipabox two times etc...

I am running a play 1, and i works fine (i.e sonos are connected on the same network)

I was not able to add the play 5. Anyone that has done this with success

I was able to add one of my two sonos play3.

Tried many times to add the second - without any success now.

I'm able To add Sonos play:1 and play:5. They appear as IP device without end points. I can set them to audio device but can't control them. What am I doing wrong?

I wonder why the Sonos Soundbar cannot be added... I have one and would like to connect to my zipabox.

In order to resolve your issue please try to upgrade your controller to latest Beta firmware.

Our team have implemented a fix for this issue in the latest beta firmware version.

After you make upgrade try to re add your Sonos once again.

I just tried this, updated to beta 0.9.999.8x4, and after discovery it says no devices found.

(I have 2 Sonos Play:3 devices, and a bridge)

any ideas?
