Is this device supported by zipabox duo?

(From the same place where I bought the Zipabox duo).
I am unable to complete the 'add device' process, it says 'device found' but after the countdown it just says processing (see attachments).
Is this device supported by zipabox duo?

The devices is supported but zipato has to update the zwave lib. to get it working. Contact zipato about this.

My apologies if it's a bit off topic, but is that a new interface/skin I'm seeing? How is it enabled?
