Aeonlabs Multisensor not reporting Temp/Lux/Hum

I'm using Zipabox with updated firmware, backup module, rf module and about 20 devices working well, just bought my first Aeonlabs Multisensor and the device shows the motion correctly but does not report any other information (Temp/Lux/Hum) - the values stay at 0 all the time.
Tried everything from removing and joining the device about 10 times, runing last firmware on the multisensor (1.8), using values for the g1/g2/g3 that I saw here in another topic about this sensor, still nothing...really need your help here guys...

Just noticed also that the Zipabox Backup module temperature value is always at 22º, never changing since installation, is that normal?

My zipabox module backup module doesn't shows temperature at all. It says that it has temperature sensor and shock sensor, but it doesen't has any value.
