Android App only WIFI ?

Hi all,


I'm new on this community and I warn you my English is poor :-)


My question is in the title ! I can't log on the android app when i use my 3G connection "Erreur lors de la connexion. Veuillez recommencer.". It's normal ?


No problem on WIFI.

Sound like a firewall/port problem.


Can you acces the dashboard outside your network? (on PC)

Hi HeroS,


I can access at my.zipato.com outside my network with a PC (box is online), i can access with my phone (android app) with any WIFI (inside/outside my home network) !


I can access in 3G at my.zipato.com (not very usable).


Only android app in 3G not working :(

I have installed last version now and works fine...on WIFI :(


For Yves what problem for closing ? Disconnection is ok for me and after android do his work.

What phone and android version do you have?


Also try >> erase data and buffer >> then remove app >> install new one.

Hi HeroS,


My phone is a Sony XPERIA U - Android version 4.0.4 (and no official update available).


I have tried >> erase data and buffer >> then remove app >> install new one >> for same result --> No connection


Today, i have installed zipato android app to a coworker phone (Nexus 4) and no problem to connect to my box in 3G !


Should I buy a new smartphone??

check if you have any typeof antivirus/trojanscanner/firewall installed on the phone.. like avg and similar.

If yes, try to temporary disable it and try again with the zipato app.

I think it's not an app problem.

The coworker phone is on the same operator? If yes, are you using the same apn?

Are you accessing the net through wap apn ? sometimes wap apn block direct connection to specific ports..
