Cannot add nest in Zipato Control Centre

Hi all
I go to add device and then select nest as the network. I follow the link and get the PIN code, but every time I enter the PIN code into the Control centre its comes up with a long winded error message which I have attached to this post.
Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong?

Definitely open a support ticket so Zipato will have a look into it.
You will probably need to add your controller serial into the ticket so they can identify.

I had that once................ I just deleted the nest, added it again, generate new pin and then it worked.

My thermostat is Gen 3, but I had the issue when adding my smoke detectors. Not sure which Gen those are, it says model Topaz 2.7 Probably Gen 2
Edit: smoke detectors are Gen 2
