cant see any cameras on android zipato v3

hello i can't see any cameras in android application.

all is ok on the pc dashboard (videostream,snaphot....) with ie or firefox but nothing with the android application when connect with telephon.

i have erased and installed again the application but it doesn't work i can't see widget camera in the android application...

have you an issue for this problem ??

After serveral hours, the camera widget is ok in the android application.

i can see the 4 cameras but can't have a video streaming or snapshot by the phone.

all is ok in the dashboard with the computer...

I not able to see the type Camera on my zipato, on the Device Manager I search the camera and when I edit it there is no Camera type option.

Hello David

If you open web dashboard you will find it if you click on Device manager - IP - Settings of your camera. In new window set device "Type" to Camera

Your camera is most probably not jet a supported one.

You can create support ticket and we will assist you with its configuration.

I upgraded to BETA firmware release and now the Camera is automatically marked as Camera type.

I have the same problem as David, "Camera" type is not present. I have a D-Link DCS_2330L. Support for that camera would be appreciated. I would like to stay away from BETA firmware if possible.

I don't have camera widget on the new skin but I have in the old skin. Could you help me to get the camera widget on the new app (new skin) as I have in the old skin.

Hi,

just delete the Cam in the old UI and add it in the new one.

Thanks for your answer, but the probem is, with out camera widget in the new dashboard I don't know where to add a camera in this page.

Only in the old UI the camera widget is present.

Hi Fabrice,

just go to:Add new Device --> IP Camera --> IP Scan --> Select Camera / Enter IP manually

Hi,

Great thanks, I didn't see that camera was in "Add device"on the new app.

So, I have deleted my camera in the old skin and try to add it in the new app.

I have setting the IP and port=> Save

I tried to set all information in my camera window but I cannot write in URL line. I can write in user, in pass word, and other but unfortunatly URL is not available, I cannot clic on it.

Do you know this problem?

Hi,

you dont need that, it is saved but you cant see it.

If you want to open the camera you will see that it is working.
