hello,

i've got problem for pairing a chacon modul (cmr300).When pairing start the zipabox found it immediatly but don't work.

The zipabox do it for others chacon modul.

My other problem is for a pcr800 oregon rain meter, i've got wrog value (the paring works).

Things to check:

is the CMR300 in range of the Zipabox? (CMR300 antenna may be obstructed if it's mounted inside a wall)
are there free slots in the CMR300 ?

Try clearing the memory of the CMR300 and moving it closer to Zipabox.

Problem with PCR800 is known and will be fixed in next firmware.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply, i've tried 2 new CMR300 and near the zipabox but the probleme is the same.

My CMR300 have got 2 wheel code (1 for home installation A-P and 1 for device 1-16), i tried many different configuration but not work.

I try to add an other chacon device (plug CAYCR-3500 for you but LGDR-3500 for me) and it works great.

I send you picture of them.

Good news for the PCR800 :)

Hi Karlito,

OK, I see what the problem is. We support LCMR-300, which uses a different protocol then CMR-300 (LCMR has no code wheel and uses CoCo protocol). We will add it, but please create a new ticket at support.zipato.com and name it CMR-300 support, so we can track this issue.
