CoCo AC-3500 is not working correctly :-(

Hi,
I've bought a CoCo AC-3500 and I thought that it could works with my Zipabox RF433 module but it's not.
The wall switch has been joined successfully (by choosing Chacon CAYCR-3500 in the device list) but the ON/OFF feature is working only 1 time on 10.
Could you please tell me if there is another device I can try into the list ?
Is it possible to add the support for this device in the next releases ?

Real-time notifications may not work
Because this device is working 1 out of 10 I guess that the distance zipabox<->device is too large or that the zipabox signal is too weak. You can always try to make an angle with the 433Mhz antenna from the zipabox.
Just for an experiment try to bring your AC-3500 device in 1 meter range from the Zipabox and see if it is working 10 out of 10.

Thank you guys for you answerd It seems to work now but i don't know why actually. I dont think it's the distance because the zipabox is located about 1m from the coco and only the switch off didn't worked every times (even if i heard the tic when i switch it off).
I Will try to use it for a week and get back to you if it's not working again
