decrease and increase function in a rule

I wanted to know how the rule worked with virtual dimmer, the INCREASE and DECREASE function. because nothing happens when I create a rule with these conditions.

Increase is action event and it will be fired only if you have some other rule that is initiating Increase action. If you want to trigger this rule by changing dimmer value than you should use Attribute event (Intensity) or Action event (Gotovalue).
