Fibaro FGBS321 connected to DS18B20 as a Thermometer
Known
Hi, I'm trying to use the fibaro FGBS321
connected to DS18B20 as a Thermometer, but my zipato can't get temperature
informations. The Zipabox corretely include the fibaro sensor, but doesn't keep
temperature information, could somebody tell me where I'm doing wrong?
Tanks!
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
is
a - Temp sensor not recognized (Devicemanager - Fibaro Universal - no Tempsensor)
or
b - no Temperatur reported
if a:
all Temp-sensors must be attached before including
Try remove device, reset device with all sensors attached, include device
be carefull of max distance to sensors
if b:
Sometimes problems if DS18B20 sensor disconnect and reconnect after including.
try resetting the fgbs
after correct recognizing the tempsensor (see obove) it should directly report a temperature if not, the FGBS321 is defect :-(

I connected a DS18B20 in the same way and inclusion works just fine.
My problem is that the reading makes no sense.
In room temperature (20 C) the Zipato box presents a reading of 140 C.
in hot tea (80 C) the reading is 300 C.
it seems a wrong part of the scratchpad is read out.
how come?
