Fibaro realy switch fgs-211 incorrect status offline

Hi,
I have added fibaro fgs-211 realy switch. it correctly can be set on and off. after a certain time the switch will show offline in the control center, but when manually activated it will work and relay will switch. it is very difficult to asses status of system if dvice go offline when they are actually not.
is there a solution for this or can it be fixed?
