Need Answer

Hello,

I am an user of the HC2 for one year. The continues problems with the zwave engine, a lot of promises with news versions I am sick of it. So I am looking for a new system. Can be the Zipato a good alternative?

- I am a user of Windows Phone and have an IPad as main controller in my livingroom. Are there good apps for that?

- is the system stable and innovative?

- how does the 433mhz working with Kaku?

- are there any users that moved from HC2 to Zipato?

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

I have used HC2 for a while and did the same thing. To answer some of your questions:

- Currently there is no windows phone app. It is promised to be in short time. Maybe someone at Zipato can say anything. I am using the Android app and that is working for me. No experience with Ipad/IPhone;

System is more or less stable (depending on configuration) At my place it is stable for more than 3 months. Certainly innovative. The rules creator is so simple but you can do absolute fabulous things with it;

- running here 433mhz with many KaKu (CoCo) devices. Although they are not always mentioned in the dashboard. You can pick the similar device from other brands (Nexia, etc)

my move was simple: i did it manually. device after device. But looking back: maybe some automation could have be done. Not sure.
