Is it possible to launch a scene when toggle multiple time a switch? ( ex: 3 time in less than 3sec)

Don't think it's possible u can make a rule that checks the status off the lamp but u don't want it to run all the time.

Here is an example. If the switch of light is changed twice quickly (into 2 seconds)... the roller shutter will go up.
In order to do that, I have used a variable: That variable is set to 1 only 2 seconds after the first time, In that case, if the swich is pushed again, you can execute other action.
