Impossible to unarm alarm

Hi guys,
It seems it is impossible now for my to unarm my alarm. If I try to do it with your website, I can not get in the alarm module, although my code is correct. It doesn't give an error.
When I try to connect with my iphone, the security module gives my the error time-out after entering my code...
What can I do? I can't leave my home without tripping the alarm...

Do you have the quick arm option on?
If you do.... try making a rule to disarm the alarm with an switch.

I read somewhere that disarming was impossible with the rule creator, but that seems to be working fine!
