Issues with Virtual Weather Station

Dear all,
I have tested to add a Virtual Weather Station to different cities in Sweden, but without success. No information or events are shown on these devices. What am I doing wrong?

First of all you should check http://www.wunderground.com. There you can check if the cities you entered in the virtual weather station are known in this service. The station is using this service. When succesfull you should make a ticket at support.zipato.com.
