just some of my nexa devices work
Answered
hi.
i have a ZIpabox DUO, and it support almost all of my Nexa devices, except the Nexa WTE-1 and WTE-2. is possible that it will support these in the future? or do i have to by new one? i have tried to add LWST-605 and 615 to accept the protocol, but it dont.
I have also some ESC UPM 433mHz thermometer/hygrometer that i cannot use yet, is that one also compatible in the future.
earlier i used them all with Tellstick DUO with http://opennethome.org/ server

Hi. I just bought a Nexa WTE-2 and I can't find a template to get it joined. Isn't this just a standard dimmer switch.. Can I use another template? And will adding custom devices be supported in a feature release?

ok, thanx. I have now replaced them with Nexa LWST-605 and 615 and using the Chacon LWST-605/615 device in Zipabox instead.. :)

Adding the Nexa WTE-2 and WTE-1 would be much appreciated!

Any news on when WTE-1 and WTE-2 will be supported? I cannot get my WTE-1 to work using the 'Coco AWST-8800' workaround..

Does WTE-1 and WTE-2 work now, or Nexa WT 1,2?
Now that Nexa works I really getting interested in this!
Ivan?
Anyone els?

I´ve also been waiting for the WTE-1 and 2 Zipato-compatibility.... The feedback from Zipato to me some time ago was that they experienced problems with demodulating the signals from the the WTE-1 and 2, and it seemed uncertain if they were able to do something with this problem.
This is a pity, since the WTE-1 and 2 are the only real option for using with the ELKO and Schneider system as input devices(wall switches).....and the various remote controls make no sense to use in this respect.

Yep, really hope they get this sorted..
My WTE-1 is perfect in my two-in-one ELKO frame, but right now it's sitting there useless..
Have a Nexa LWST-615 mounted on top temporarily hoping to get the WTE-1 working at some point..

My plan could also be to have a real dual "trapp strömbrytare" And extension frame se links. This would give really professional look and feel. If you use impulse spring in combination with the mini Nexa remote and solder the wires on the circuit board where the small push buttons on the PCB in the Nexa remote control, and place it somewhere in the extension frame or electricity box.
Nice prices to:

The question is how to make a rule that works as original. That is, when you press the button, start the lights and when pressed a second time will start a dimmer bike, that does not stop before pushing again on the "ON" and OFF is of course OFF!
I dont know if the WPT-1 has 2 or one switch?

"problematic since they do not demodulate properly"
What dos that actually mean?
And why can't you make a "Supported Products List"?

Why not have only 3 devices. A dimmer, a on/off and a remote as the only devices, like switch king and telldus center (tellstick). They used house codes and device code to pair devices, the protocoll should be be the same, because all nexa devicea cous pair with that.

"This means that we cannot make support for WT-1, WTE-1 ,WT-2 , WTE-2 at the moment. "
I understand that but can you be a little more technical. How exactly are you reading the codes and how does the other units work?

my comment was only a idea to Zipato devolpers.
Earlyer with telldus i did i add them like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVhkp734HoU
The remotes had the same code as receivers. So i had to pair them with the receiver first, then add them to Tellduscenter (with Tellstick Duo)/Switch-king or Homeautomation. So the signal doesnt go from remote to the box then the box send a new signal to receiver. It goes stright from remote to receiver, and the box does set the device status as ON when it has been sent a ON signal to the receiver from remote. This was a faster way, when all speak on same frequency/channel. So the house and unit code always followed the remote/receiver and not the box. So when it is box failure, i could just add them again with wall remotes, and not open all boxes in the wall to pair them with zipato with a new house, device code.
I have now bought 13 new Nexa LWST-605 Switch and LWST-615 (expensive solution). They work ok.

I have
contacted Nexa to see if they could help. I don’t have much hope, but let’s see
what they say. But I will continue the search.
Almost 90 percent of al Swedish homes have Eljo Trend, and now Schnider Exact
series.

For Nexa WTE-1 and WTE-2, ZIPAbox DUO may not currently support these devices. However, as far as I understand, ZIPAbox DUO supports several popular protocols such as Z-Wave, Zigbee, WiFi, etc @papa louie
