Lost of syncronization of FGS
Dear Ziapto community .
I Installed some FGS and FGD few months ago everything is right.
But today when i wanted te expand the Smart home i tried to add some FGS.
I included them to the Z wave network after wiring the FGS next to the walll box and i turn off the power supply for wiring reason there is lost of synchronization with the Zipabox !!
It's strange because i turned off power supply for the Switches i have installed months ago and once the power supply come back they will be automatically updated as online.
I think the problem is a bg from your server.!!
Could please help and assist. I'm under pressurec regarding my guest this is a bad reputation for me a zipato installer and for you as brand .Please solve the problem uergently.

You go to "Zipato box settings", scroll down and click on "Network heal".
For configuring node you need to go to device browser, click within Z-wave network on the highest level settings for the device, click advanced and click configure node.

Hi, glad it helped. Obviously this is a temporary fix then. Thy the node configuration I described as well. What you can also try is to exclude and reinsurer the new module in the old version. Some people reposted previously that using the old mode did only help. This is definitely a bug and needs to be sorted by zipato. Open a ticket on support.zipato.com
