Newbie - How to delete a Zipatile from my account/profile

I purchased a Zipatile a few weeks ago, and I have registered it.

Unfortunately, I had to exchange it for another unit, as it was defective.

I registered the new (replacement) unit...but now when I look in the web interface, both the old and new Zipatiles appear there... (I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean)...

So, the question is...how can I delete the "old" one that I don't have/use anymore ?

Dear Gustavo,


You can remove your controller over API.

Please follow this procedure:


Login to your user account over web console -> go to controller that you like to remove (although it is offline) -> copy serial number of controller that you like to remove -> API ->

box -> /box/unregister -> paste serial number -> click Try it out!


You should receive status "true". After that close API and refresh your web browser.
