Problem with date of synchronisation

HelloI have problem on my zipabox with date of

synchronisation. I synchronise the box by using the button on the

dasboard but the date is always on the old date of synchronise when i

refresh the dashboard. Why? Is it a problem or normal work?


I have unplug Zipabox from power supply, and plug it back again but it' the same

It do not work since the last update 0.9.988 . I synchronise but the date is always the same , an old date, when i refresh the dasboard. And i have no feedback of all my devices !!!

Hi Chris,


Try this:

>> Dashboard

>> General setting

>> Zipabox setting

>> Time >> select right time zone (if it is in the right zoen just select again)

>> Save

>> Sync


Please let me know if this works. And also if it doesn't work send mail to support@zipato.com

I tried that but it do not work. The synchronise date is always the old date when i refresh the dashboard

I do that but the response of my email is : Your ticket has not been accepted into the system. This is the support desk for the active Zipato users only.

Fill in all the fields in the >> General setting >> Details >> Save >> Sync.


And use your email that you use to login to the box.

Another thing u can try...


Disable all your rules and try sync again.

You can close this problem, the problem is due to the ethernet cable.
