Qees MyKey not including

The QEES MyKey 4 button keyfob don't seem to be compatible with the Zipabox.

Is this true ?
Is support for this product planned ?

QEES have send me the pdd038_v0.5.5 update
I have tested this update with 0.9.974 Zipabox firmware and the inclusion don't work (two red led at the end).
I have tested with two MyKey, have done hardware and sofware reset but same result :(

Very strange ...
Numerous not working tests yesterday
And today without changing anithing, it work fine :)
And i used the same procedure.

We will write a tutorial on our site with update procedure and inclusion procedure.
