Rule not working properly - please help

Hi
I have a rule that use geolocation status.
When both persons are inactive (so not at home) and Alarm is not armed a push message will be send to both persons that alarm has not been armed
The Geolocation works perfectly and displays active (at home) and inactive (away)
When one person is away i already get a message that the alarm ahs not been armed while one person is still at home
I tried to create 2 separate rules (i tried to do it in 1 but that also did not work) but still it sends a message whenever some is away
Attached the rules. One thing to mention is that in the old gui rule creator the status is active/inactive and now it is true/false.
Anyone has an idea how to solve this?

Try to split the compounded if stement (and relation) into 2 simple if statements. I don't know why but sometimes the box has a problem with resolving the and clause.
