I'd appreciate to have a run or test fonction, in order to test my rules
(in the right-click menu on the rule in the puzzle board )

Try using a virtual switch to trigger your rule. To run it on a scheduler, make another rule and flip the switch there. Essentially, make all the rules that actually do anything "subroutines" that are triggered by their own switch.
