Sensor flood stuck on leak

Yesterday I tested the sensor flood Everspring, but after switching in leak is not returned in a state not leak. and I could not change it.
The same problem 
No connection

This morning I tried again .
the state was leak
I dipped the sensor in water and report mail that I had configured arrived, but the status continues to leak .
In the log, latest activities are all in leak...

I can not take it apart and redo the procedure whenever signaling a flood. The sensor works perfectly and zipabox that does not understand end signal alarm.
There is no way to forcing the state by software ??
I repeat the hardware sensor not blinking and not rings at the moment.
