Under Consideration

Do you plan to support io-homecontrol technologie to be able to control VELUX blinds or other (VELUX KLR 100 compliant - http://www.velux.fr/particuliers/produits/domotique/commandes/klr)?

Igot my Velux IR windows working. I bought a IRTrans Wifi Remote Transmitter, I used the Velux remote to programme the IR Trans. Then in the IR Trans menu created actions that allow it to be controlled by http. E.g. http://192.168.X.XXX/send.htm?remote=veluxir&command=openblindsall

Then in my Zipabox I created a virtual switch that triggers a rule, and in that rule it sends out above command.

I think the above will probably work with most Infrared devices. Soon I'll program my IR Airco as well with the same device (is in same room as Velux).

great, let us know how it goes. I would be interested with av recievers. This is because they have a longer IR code than most other appliances and sometimes it does not fit in the z-wave IR transmitter box.

I have made some progress with my Onkyo receiver. I have a NAS and hence I have created a webserver with PHP Onkyo control. It works fine. let me know if you need more details.

Have not tried but I think it should work. See http://www.irtrans.de/de/shop/wifi.php

Just wanting to let you know that at least my VELUX windows work great. In the morning the blinds go up, and at sunset down. When it rains or stormy the windows close. And I can control them via set level as well. When I have more time I'm going to program that when it's too warm, they go open until my room reached normal temp again.
