If i understand well, you want to completly change your manual installation by an electric installation. Therefore, as you said you will need to find a motor to motorize your roller shutter, and a switch to control it. You should be able to use any motor of roller shutters available on the market but you need to check the properties of those one (like dimension max of the shutter, etc) and you can use any switch to control it, you can choose an up-and-down interrupter, or a touch one for example, but the price will be different. Also if you want to control it wirelessly, you can use any modules being able to control a roller shutter and check specifications and if they are compatible with the Zipabox (fibaro, wintop, ...), just be carefull of what protocol do they use to communicate, because if you do not have any extension module on your Zipabox you can only communicate with Z-wave devices.

Par conséquent, comme vous l'avez dit vous aurez besoin de trouver un moteur pour motoriser votre volet roulant, et un interrupteur pour le contrôler.
