Wall Plug turning off by it self

HeroS - www.domotica-blog.nl shared this problem 11 years ago
Not a Problem

I put my Wall Plug on my

fridge yesterday (it was on my comps) to monitor if the door is open. I had to

remove it from the dashboard and added it again because it was offline.

But now there is a problem

that the wall plug turns off (without me touching the button on top).

Is there something wrong

with the config?

I noticed the same behavour upon turning off the always-on device on dash board.

Then a off statement is reported in the event log and since always on a few min later it's reported as on.

It seems like the device is always on anyway. So the behavour seems incorrect in the log.

Hi Kristian,

Thanks, i think u are right because the power usage is still coming in (at the same time).

Offcourse Zipato needs to look at this/fix it.

May i ask for what u are using te plug?

Hi.

I have similar problem.

I've tested three different wall plug`s which are working with other devices .... only not with freezer.

I constantly seeing that switch is switching on & off, but the freezer works always.

Also with settings > ALWAYS ON (enabled).

Is this ZIPATO issue ????

Some pictures are attached.

tnx again.
