Did it happen during upgrade?

For how long did it stay like this?

You could try to reset the device. If i remember well you need to press button 1 and 2 together and than inserting the power connector for a couple of seconds.

Maybe someone knows the exact procedure.

Try rebooting the device first by pressing the reset button on top before you do the manufactoring reset sequence as described above.

Im sorry to tell but by 95% sure i belive your box have been crashed by ethernet failure. I know a few boxes got this issue upon changing ethernet connection providing peak voltage to the box cousing the box to "burn".

Please contact the support/reseller to replace the box.

This happened to be too upon changing my Airport. :(

Hello,

I have the same problem.

When I turn on my Zipabox, I have a beautiful blue led. Are you sure that my box have been crashed by ethernet failure ? Because my box is out warranty.

ps : my firmware is 0.9.999.

it's not happen during upgrade.

I try a different networkcable.

And when I plug it in the router (AirPort Extrem), I don't have light up connection in the router.

I also try this :

1. Unplug power and Ethernet cable from your Zipabox

2. Wait 2 min.

3. First plug in Ethernet cable and then power supply.

4. Press and hold Button2 on your Zipabox and then briefly press (and release) Reset button.

5. Keep holding Button2 for 5 seconds (and then release it).

but it doesn't work.
