Zipatile Camera works only on local mode

Hi everyone,
My Zipatile camera works on Local Mode only
I doesn't work on remote mode (from another network) .. It was working before on both of them
I tried (1.0.18a) firmware and the beta one (1.1.23) .. I didn't work in both of them
streams are:
rtmp://10.0.0.1/zipatile/1
rtmp://10.0.0.1/zipatile/2
what could be the problem?

contact support, all mine work fine. They do take a bit if time to load up though
