Thanks David.
I can`t see there, that one User can use two slots at the same time.
For example
User XY: Pin Away/Pin Home AND RFID Away/RFID Home
Sorry for my bad english

Guido, i have the same problem. Please let me know if you sort it out.
I thought that I could just add another device to my user (in the alarm user interface), but when I choose the Mini keypad (again) I get the message "Device already added".

I change into the old UI and find there an option to assign one user more than only one slot.
BUT later I get the error Message that my security.parition is not found by the system. I don`t know if my entries have caused this error. As a last resort I've performed a factory reset to return the system to get started.
So this is not the solution for me to try it again over the old UI

Hallo!
I have the same problem. A User should be able to arm/dissarm with RFID but also with a code (eg. if he can not find the RFID Tag).
But the same problem that Guido has.

bernhard

Guido, you should never use the old GUI, as it might (and probably just did) corrupt the configuration.
The old GUI should be removed ASAP, in my opinion.

I have sent a request to support asking how a user can use both PIN and fob. I'll share it here when I get an answer.
BTW, this is what I found on the Zipato Wiki. It did not help much, but it looks like it definately is possible to use both PIN an fob for the same user:
Some have used the following combinations:
However, the problem here is that if you then lose your keys (and
your fob) it will not be possible to disarm the alarm without going to
my.ziapato.com on a smartphone - which may of course also be stolen.
To get around that, it is a good idea to have a SECOND emergency arm/disarm for the "AWAY" mode.
So you will end up with this for the "AWAY" alarm mode
Also remembering that you will also need the following for "HOME" alarm mode
This is safe to do but will take up THREE definitions allocated to
the individual (you!) in the RFID configuration Since you only have a
total of 10 configurations it means you can only define all three
settings for THREE persons

I don`t know that the old GUI can corrupt the configuration :-(
Some of my 433 mHz sensors i can't integrate in the configuration at the actual GUI. If i do that, the sensors haven`t endpoints.
So i integrate them by the old GUI
